First blog post, third experiment with pickling. Carrots! They look so pretty but I have not tasted them yet. The tasting party is going to be soon. I am hoping for a sweet and slightly salty but not too acidic flavor.
I'll report back after I sample them.

Ok I tasted them and yum! They turned out great! They are sweet and vinegary and have a very pleasing texture.
